The Calligraphy Foundation is a government-registered trust dedicated to preserving, reviving, and promoting Indian and international calligraphic traditions. With a growing community of over 7,500 artists and practitioners, the foundation creates opportunities for people to learn, practise, teach, and experience calligraphy through workshops, training programmes, exhibitions, and cultural initiatives. Its work extends beyond the practice of lettering, aiming to strengthen the cultural relevance of calligraphy and nurture its continued evolution.

The visual identity draws from the Foundation Hand script, translating the very craft the foundation seeks to preserve into its own visual expression. By building the logotype around this script, the identity reflects a commitment to strengthening the roots of calligraphy through practice, education, and cultural continuity.
